Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our timepieces have a water resistance of 3ATM, meaning they are resistant to light rain and splashes but should not be worn while showering or swimming.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective plastics and tags intact.
How do I change my watch strap?
Every watch comes with a small tool in the box that allows you to easily pop out the spring bars and swap straps to match your style.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches come with a limited two-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
